Instructions: Record your weight today (Tuesday, Nov. 13) in the box at the left of the chart. Weigh yourself every Tuesday (or, if you prefer, more often, even daily) through Jan. 1. (If you are reluctant to post your weight in a place where prying eyes can see it, record it somewhere more private.) Then, each time you get on the scale, mark your weight trend on the chart by noting pounds above or below your starting weight.
