GETTING FOLKSY NEAR PHILLY. Kris Kristofferson joins the Quebecois sounds of La Bottine Souriante, the blues of Taj Mahal, fiddlemaster Natalie MacMaster and more than 40 other musical acts at the Philadelphia Folk Festival. On Aug. 27-29, you can also pick up polka, contra, clogging and swing tips in the dance tent, imbibe in the beer garden and master the harmonica and mandolin at various workshops.
