Annapolis Junction Area

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

HENKELS LANE, 8900 block, 5 p.m. Feb. 23. A blue 2004 Ford F250 pickup truck was stolen.

Clarksville Area

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

TRIADELPHIA RD., 13200 block, 8 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. Feb. 25. An air-compressor, hand tools, a TV, a DVD player, a VCR, CDs and a cassette player were stolen from a residence entered through an unlocked basement door.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

CLARKSVILLE PIKE, 12500 block, 9:58 a.m. Feb. 27. A red 1987 Dodge pickup truck was stolen.

Columbia Area

ROBBERIES

QUARTERSTAFF RD., 10300 block, 11 p.m. Feb. 28. Two males accosted a man and forced him to empty his pockets. The robbers took a cell phone, fled toward Freetown Road and entered a dark-colored vehicle.

TWIN RIVERS RD., 10400 block, 12:49 p.m. Feb. 25. A male snatched a purse from an elderly woman and fled across a parking lot.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BEAVERBROOK RD., 5100 block, 4 a.m. Feb. 27. A male entered a residence through an unlocked door while a resident was asleep. Nothing was reported stolen.

LITTLE PATUXENT PKWY., 10400 block, 5:22 a.m. Feb. 28. A restaurant was entered by smashing a side door with a large pick-like garden tool. Nothing was reported missing.

SWEETWIND PL., 5700 block, 2:30 to 9 p.m. Feb. 26. A video game system and video games were stolen from a residence entered by breaking a sliding back door lock.

TWIN RIVERS RD., 10400 block, 10:52 p.m. Feb. 23. A trophy was stolen from a business entered through a window that had been broken earlier during the day.

TWIN RIVERS RD., 10400 block, 5:10 a.m. Feb. 27. A night deposit box containing cash was stolen from a business entered by throwing a rock through a door glass and forcing an interior office door.

MOTOR VEHICLE THEFTS

BASKET RING RD., 9600 block, 1:13 p.m. Feb. 23. A black 2004 Ford Escape was stolen.
