BearingPoint Inc. of McLean won a three-year, $31 million contract from San Diego County to provide an integrated property tax system.

Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. awarded four contractors a 10-year, $550 million contract to provide information technology application services. Contracts went to Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. of McLean; International Business Machines Corp. of Armonk, N.Y.; Lockheed Martin Corp. of Bethesda; and Pragmatics Inc. of McLean.

General Dynamics Corp. of Falls Church won a three-year, $36 million contract from the Air Force to provide centrally managed logistics support for the Combat Information Transport System.

RGII Technologies Inc. of Annapolis won a $3.1 million subcontract from D.P. Associates Inc. of Arlington to provide program support to the Naval Air Systems Command's H-60 helicopters program office.

Newport News Shipbuilding and Drydock Co. of Newport News, Va., won a $50.6 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command for continuation of CVN 21 engineering services and feasibility studies for the future aircraft carrier program.

L3 Communication Flight International Aviation LLC of Newport News, Va., won a $40.4 million contract from the Naval Air Systems Command for airborne threat simulation capabilities to train shipboard and aircraft squadron weapon systems operators and aircraft crews on how to counter potential enemy electronic warfare and electronic attack operations.

American Trade Initiatives Inc. of Alexandria won an $8.4 million contract from the Federal Highway Administration for a scanning program.

VSE Corp. of Alexandria won a $6.4 million contract from the Army Materiel Command for fire-control systems.

BAE Systems Applied Technologies Inc. of Rockville won a $14.9 million contract from the Naval Air Warfare Center for life cycle support of communication-electronic equipment for the Special Communications Requirements Division at the Naval Air Systems Command in St. Inigoes, Md.

Northrop Grumman Corp., Sperry Marine of Charlottesville won a $7.8 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command to provide one AN/BPS-16 (V) radar set and two AN/BPS-15K radar conversion sets.
