"Globe Trekker," PBS's oh-so-hip travelogue series, conquers Paris in its latest installment. Host Justine Shapiro (who's cute as un bouton) sets out to take a cooking class and make it to the top of the Eiffel Tower, all the while providing practical advice. Her first lesson? How not to get taken advantage of by snooty Parisian cabbies. Tonight at 8 on WETA, Channel 26.
