If you can tolerate the quirks of Virgin record mogul Richard Branson, you're in for a rousing global trip in Fox's " The Rebel Billionaire: Branson's Quest for the Best." It's an "Apprentice" rip-off as Branson tests the mettle of 16 contestants hoping to run his empire. No board room, but viewers visit exotic locales such as Zimbabwe's Victoria Falls and South Africa's Sabi Sands Game Reserve. Tuesdays at 8.
