Crabapple (variety Adirondack)
Botanic name: Malus "Adirondack."
Flowers: Red buds open to white blossoms in April.
Size: To 20 feet.
Form: Small columnar tree.
Needs: Average, well-drained soil. Water during drought.
Comments: Dainty flowering tree free of most of the common apple foliar diseases.
