SICKLE CELL DISEASE
May 10, 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Howard University Hospital, Ambulatory Care Center, Auditorium, 2041 Georgia Ave. NW. The Roland B. Scott Memorial Sickle Cell Disease Symposium will be led by Graham R. Serjeant, keynote speaker and professor emeritus on the faculty of medical sciences at the University of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica and William P. Winter, deputy director of Howard's Center for Sickle Cell Disease. The Department of Pediatrics and Child Health at the Center and the D.C. STROLLER FITNESS

A class, sponsored by Stroller Strides, for moms interested in power-walking with their children in strollers. WEIGHT-LOSS SURGERY
