Metro plans to run full service all along the Red Line today for the first time since Wednesday's train crash at Woodley Park Station. The tracks at Woodley Park were cleared Saturday, and Metro said construction near New York Avenue Station would be completed by 5 a.m. today. It follows a year of struggles for Red Line riders.
