Kolbe will do play-by-play, and Vogel will be the color commentator. The games will also be streamed on the Capitals' Web site.
"I'll do anything to be in a hockey rink," Vogel said. "I've gotten to see every level of hockey this year -- college, minor league, international and now high school. . . . It's the purest form of the game. No business, no contracts -- they just go out there and play."
The NVSHL game is tonight at 6 at Ashburn Ice House. The MSHL final is Feb. 28 at the Gardens Ice House in Laurel.
