No more scrubbing burnt nubbins of batter from the edge of the muffin tin. Reynolds Foil Baking Cups are sufficiently sturdy to withstand the weight of a dense batter without any additional support.

Those averse to tossing foil cups in the trash may wish to opt instead for liners that are processed without bleach and are thus nontoxic when incinerated, such as those from If You Care and Beyond Gourmet.

Reynolds Foil Baking Cups (99 cents per 32-count box) are available at most grocery stores. If You Care and Beyond Gourmet ($1.19 per box of 60 and $1.39 per box of 48, respectively) baking cups are available at most health food stores.
