British Airways has introductory fares on its new World Traveller Plus and Club World business-class service between BWI and London. The round-trip Economy Plus fare is $398, a savings of 79 percent off the regular $1,950 fare. For business-class service, the fare is $1,998, a savings of 76 percent off the normal $8,250 fare.
