PBS's ubiquitous globetrotter, Rick Steves, is back on the airwaves with a new series of specials immodestly titled "Rick Steves' Europe." The host, who's never met a public television pledge drive he didn't like, heads to Northern Ireland in this week's installment, in which he claims the region's political strife actually helps attract curious tourists. It's not all politics as Steves plays in Portrush (Northern Ireland's Coney Island) and takes in Irish music (and whiskey) in Derry. Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Channel 26.
