Light Snow Could Coat Area
The National Weather Service yesterday was predicting snow tonight, with "moderate accumulations" possible.
For tomorrow, snow and sleet are predicted for early in the day. Precipitation is expected to turn into rain, with highs in the mid-40s.
Forecasters were not expecting anything remotely like the 2003 Presidents' Day storm, when the snowfall was measured in feet rather than inches.
Because tomorrow is a holiday, most schools will be closed.

Nazi Group to Rally at Yorktown
A neo-Nazi group will hold a rally at Yorktown Battlefield, site of the final major battle of the American Revolutionary War.
National Park Service spokesman Mike Litterest said yesterday that the group's application cited the First Amendment right of free speech and assembly, so it could not be turned down.
The National Socialist Movement, which bills itself as the largest Nazi party in the United States, plans to rally at Yorktown on June 25.
Planners expect 200 to 300 people.
