Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 75 percent of employee medical and dental benefits. Maternity leave is covered under the Family and Medical Leave Act; employees may take up to 12 weeks of unpaid leave or use their annual leave, sick leave or holiday leave. New fathers may use all of their sick leave for the birth of a child. There are nine paid floating holidays and employees accrue 15, 20 or 25 days of personal leave per year, based on years of service. Personal leave includes vacation and sick leave and may be carried over from year to year. Employees may contribute to a 401(k) plan; the company matches 50 percent to 55 percent of employee contributions. Employees may contribute up to $5,000 to both medical and dependent flexible spending plans. Company provides tuition reimbursement and corporate training. Bonuses are awarded. Parking is free, and SRA contributes up to $75 per month towards an employee's public transportation.
