Viewing the Ship

Wednesday, October 27, 2004; Page B01

The USS Constellation will be open for public viewing in Annapolis from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. today through Saturday and from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Sunday.

• Admission is free.

• No cars are permitted on the Naval Academy grounds without a valid Department of Defense sticker. But public parking will be available today, tomorrow, Friday and Sunday at the Navy-Marine Corps Stadium, off Rowe Boulevard on Taylor Avenue. All-day parking costs $4. The stadium lot will not be open to the public Saturday because of the Navy football team's homecoming game against the University of Delaware.

• Visitors will need to provide a government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, to gain access to the academy grounds.

• The Constellation's return voyage to Baltimore is scheduled for Monday, with an expected 8:30 a.m. departure.
