Take a relaxed sail in the marina's lagoon, head north toward Haines Point as the airplanes barrel over your head or south to the quaint Old Town waterfront.

Washington Sailing Marina

Located at 1 Marina Drive, 1.5 miles south of Reagan National Airport on the George Washington Memorial Parkway. Rentals begin when the water temperature reaches 60 degrees and run through mid-October. The rental dock opens at 11 a.m.; boats must be returned by 5 p.m. For details, call 703-548-9027.
