Here are crimes committed among residents at assisted living facilities in Virginia:

Jean Allen, 61, was sexually assaulted by Reshard Lee Butler, 23, at Grace Home in Richmond. He had been hospitalized more than 25 times for psychosis, his mother said.

Mary Province Marocchi, 84, was hurt in an attack by Gerald J. Wood, a Huntington's disease patient who went berserk at the Sunrise of Warrenton retirement home, police reports said. Rescue workers found Marocchi lying on the floor, bleeding from the head. Two days later, she died of a cerebral hemorrhage.
