A March 19 photo caption erroneously made reference to President Bush's inauguration last November. Bush was inaugurated for his second term on Jan. 20.

A March 19 article incorrectly said Bono was among the pop musicians who took sides in last year's presidential election. Bono has said his work to fight AIDS and poverty precluded him from involvement in such campaigning.

The March 18 Names & Faces column included a quote that was attributed to Britney Spears via Allure magazine. The quote was actually a spoof, written by a Philadelphia Daily News reporter, of an Allure interview with Spears. The spoof was then picked up as an actual quote by MSNBC.com.

A March 18 Metro article about an inquiry into the death of a quadriplegic D.C. inmate incorrectly reported his admissions to Greater Southeast Community Hospital. He was initially admitted to the hospital on Sept. 20, 2004; he was discharged Sept. 21. He was admitted again Sept. 24 and died at the hospital that day.
