Alexandria Arlington Crime Watch

ALFRED ST. N., 100 block, 9:15 p.m. April 7. A man accosted a male, 20, and a female, 17, outside a restaurant, implied he was armed with a weapon and forced them into their vehicle. The vehicle was driven to Breezewood, Pa., where the male victim entered a gas station convenience store and told a clerk to call police. Soon after, the robber and the female entered the store, and a struggle ensued between the robber and the male victim until police arrived. A male, 23, was arrested by Pennsylvania police and charged with assault. The victims traveled back to Alexandria and reported the incident to local police the following night. The case was under investigation.
LEE ST. N., 100 block, 6 p.m. April 6 to 6:45 a.m. April 7. Tools were stolen from a business.
ASCOT CT., 5500 block, 6:15 p.m. April 6 to 6:45 a.m. April 7. A silver 2003 Toyota Corolla was stolen.

COLUMBUS ST. N., 2500 block, 2:01 a.m. April 10. Two men accosted two male pedestrians, and one pedestrian was knocked unconscious.
COLUMBIA PIKE, 4600 block, 2:19 a.m. April 11. Four men accosted two male pedestrians and robbed them of cash. One pedestrian was struck on the head.
RANDOLPH ST. N., 1000 block, 6 p.m. April 6 to 11:03 p.m. April 10. Jewelry was stolen from a residence.
JOYCE ST. S., 1300 block. A black 1995 Mitsubishi Galant was stolen.
