The following were among incidents reported recently by the Metropolitan Police Department. For more information, call your police district station.

Northeast

HOMICIDES

NEW YORK AVE., 2700 block, 2:44 p.m. April 4. An unidentified male was found unconscious in a motel. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 4:53 p.m.

SEXUAL ASSAULTS

CENTRAL AVE., 4600 block, 8 to 8:55 a.m. April 2. A sexual assaulted occurred.

ROBBERIES

ADAMS AND QUEENS CHAPEL ROADS, 3 to 3:10 a.m. April 3. Two males assaulted a male pedestrian and robbed him of cash.

CLAY ST., 5900 block, 4:20 p.m. April 7. A gunman and a male accomplice demanded property from a male washing his car. The male said he had nothing and attempted to flee. No further information was provided by police.

MARYLAND AVE., 1500 block, 2:50 a.m. April 5. A woman got out of a vehicle and robbed a female acquaintance at gunpoint of a jacket.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE., 1-99 block, 3 to 7:40 a.m. April 3. A person was robbed of property while sleeping in a train terminal.

MICHIGAN AND SOUTH DAKOTA AVENUES, 8:20 to 8:25 p.m. April 3. A gunman and a male accomplice got out of a vehicle and ordered a driver to get out of another vehicle. The driver complied, and one robber fled in the victim's vehicle.

MINNESOTA AVE., 3800 block, 10:07 p.m. April 2. A gunman demanded cash from a male motorist at a service station. The motorist was shot after he grabbed the gun.

NEW YORK AVE., 500 block, 8:30 to 8:55 p.m. April 1. A man was in a hotel room with a woman when a gunman entered and ordered the male occupant to lie on his stomach and robbed him of a wallet containing cash. A struggle ensued, and the occupant subdued the gunman, who was an accomplice of the female, until police arrived.

SECOND ST. AND TODD PL., 2 p.m. March 24. A robbery occurred on a sidewalk.

FIFTH AND G STREETS, 7:24 a.m. April 6. A male attempted to snatch a purse from a female pedestrian, then fled when she resisted.

NINTH AND H STREETS, 12:19 a.m. April 1. A gunman and three male accomplices robbed a male pedestrian of a coat, then fled in a vehicle.

10TH ST., 3900 block, 10:50 p.m. April 3. A gunman got out of a vehicle and forced a pedestrian to the ground. An accomplice demanded property, and the pedestrian said he had none. No further information was provided by police.

16TH ST. AND BENNING RD., 11 p.m. April 1 to 11:02 p.m. April 7. A male assaulted a male pedestrian and robbed him of cash.

49TH ST., 1200 block, 7 to 7:15 p.m. April 2. A man approached a male in a vehicle at a parking lot, assaulted the occupant and demanded property. The victim got out of the vehicle, and the robber fled.

THEFTS/BREAK-INS

BENNING RD., 4200 block, 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. March 24. A DVD player was stolen from an apartment.

BLADENSBURG RD., 800 block, 5:30 p.m. March 31 to 10 a.m. April 1. A heater, a propane tank, a water dispenser and other property were stolen from a facility entered by forcing a front door.

BLADENSBURG RD., 1100 block, 5 p.m. April 3 to 10 a.m. April 4. A vehicle was stolen from a parking area entered by cutting a hole in a fence.

BRYANT ST., 1300 block, 11 p.m. April 6 to 4 p.m. April 7. A DVD was stolen from an apartment entered by forcing a front door.

C ST., 600 block, 11:30 p.m. April 2 to 8 a.m. April 3. Property was stolen from a residence.

CONSTITUTION AVE., 1300 block, 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. April 2. Property was stolen from a residence.

GRANT ST., 4200 block, 5 p.m. April 2 to noon April 4. A saw was stolen from a construction site entered through a rear door.

MARYLAND AVE., 800 block, 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. April 5. Property was stolen from a residence.

MARYLAND AVE., 800 block, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. April 5. Property was stolen from a residence.

ROSEDALE ST., 1600 block, 5:30 a.m. April 3. A male entered a home, assaulted a sleeping female occupant and took property.
