Byrd Stadium, at the northern end of the campus of the University of Maryland, College Park, is home to the Terps football and men's lacrosse teams. Opened in 1950, the stadium has undergone several renovations that have added restrooms, bleachers, a press box and a large upper deck. The stadium now seats more than 51,500.
