Cal State Fullerton at Georgetown
Records: Titans 21-10; Hoyas 18-12.
When: 7 p.m.
Where: McDonough Arena.
Tickets: Sold out.
Data: An extra set of bleachers has been set up behind one of the baskets inside McDonough Arena, bringing the seating capacity to 2,600. The Hoyas are looking forward to playing in their on-campus arena, where they have not lost since a 63-52 defeat to Connecticut in 1982. "We're going to get a taste of the home-court advantage," said senior Darrel Owens, who is averaging 14.7 points and is shooting 57.1 percent (12 for 21) from beyond the arc in his last three games. "We're used to these baskets, so hopefully our shots will be falling like they always do in practice." The Titans, meantime, are on the road for their third straight NIT game, having won at Oregon State in overtime (85-83) and at San Francisco (85-69) last week. Fullerton, which is enjoying its best season since 1977-78, is down to eight healthy players after senior forward Ralphy Holmes, the Big West's second-leading scorer and top rebounder, injured his left knee against San Francisco.
