At numerous venues around Hamptons Roads, catch such performers as the Koresh Dance Co. ( May 18 and 20, showing their jazz steps in Williamsburg) to the PANorama Caribbean Music Fest in Virginia Beach ( May 6-8). One of the signature events, the Virginia International Tattoo in Norfolk ( April 22-24), features marching bands, drill teams and gymnasts, paying tribute to World War II veterans.
