Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 75 percent of employee medical and dental benefits. Maternity and paternity leave is available after two years of service and is paid at 100 percent for one week. New mothers may also use a 30-day phase-back period, during which they may return to work part time. There are 10 paid holidays.
