Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 75 percent of employee medical and dental benefits. Maternity and paternity leave is available after two years of service and is paid at 100 percent for one week. New mothers may also use a 30-day phase-back period, during which they may return to work part time. There are 10 paid holidays. Employees receive five sick days, three personal days and 15 days of vacation (20 days after five years of service) each year. Employees may contribute up to 15 percent of salary to a 401(k) plan and the company matches 75 percent of the first 6 percent in contributions. Company provides corporate training and up to $4,000 in tuition reimbursement each year. Flexible spending plans are available: Employees may contribute up to $2,000 for health and $5,000 for dependent care. Merit-based bonuses are awarded.
