• Santa Barbara (Calif.) Conference & Visitors Bureau is celebrating its 50th anniversary by offering " Score With 54" specials at hotels, restaurants and activities. For example, book a Sunday and Monday night at the rack rate at any of several hotels, including the four-diamond Inn at Petersen Village, and get a third night for $19.54. • All Ways Travel in Bethesda is offering an 11-night cruise on Royal Caribbean's Legend of the Seas starting at $1,469 per person double. The cruise, which travels from Ensenada, Mexico, to Honolulu, departs Nov. 21. The deal includes airfare from BWI to San Diego, transfer to Ensenada, return flight from Honolulu and taxes. • A repositioning cruise on SeaDream Yacht Club's Sea Dream I from Malaga, Spain, to San Juan, Puerto Rico, this fall is less than half-price. • US Airways has sale fares to the Caribbean. The fare from Reagan National or Dulles to Aruba, for example, is $540 round trip, including taxes. Fare on other airlines is $759. • Discount airline Independence Air will start flying out of Dulles June 16 and will initially offer service to five cities, with one-way fares starting at $49 to Newark and Raleigh, N.C. PACKAGES
