. . . Been Given "The Works" in Virginia

Sunday, November 17, 2002; Page C02

. . . been given "the works" in Virginia. The Vienna Inn is much more than a neighborhood tavern; it's an institution. Arrive at the height of the lunchtime rush, and you're likely to end up standing in line for a famous fully dressed chili dog. Then you can pull up a stool at the bar or grab a seat at one of the formica tables that crowd the floor. And if it appears that the place hasn't changed in years, don't complain. Even the prices -- chili dogs, $1.50 -- remain anachronistically low.

Hot dogs come with mustard, onions, chili and cheese. The beverage is up to you. (Gerald Martineau -- The Washington Post)
