Dulles International Airport passengers holding prohibited items previously had two options: "Donate" the items to the Transportation Security Administration or discard them. Now, passengers can mail small items home at two automated kiosks near the screening areas. Seal the item in the provided envelope, pay for postage with a credit card and drop them in the slot . . . Dulles and Reagan National received nods for their concessions in a poll by the industry magazine Airport Revenue News . . . Cologne- Bonn Airport is negotiating with several low-cost airlines to offer discounted flights to and from Germany and the United States, reports Financial Times Deutschland . . . With low-cost carriers catching on in Asia as well, Malaysia's Kuala Lumpur International will spend $26 million to construct a terminal for budget airlines, slated to open in 2006 . . .
