• The Ice Hotel Quebec and Hilton Quebec are offering a " Frosty Ice Package" until April 3 that includes one night at each hotel with breakfast starting at $238 single or double occupancy. Deal applies for Sunday-Thursday stays. Taxes of 15 percent and a $2-per-night fee are extra. Priced separately, Ice Hotel rates typically start at $420 for two per night, and the Hilton starts at $152. Call 877-505-0423 to book.

• 9 Beaches, a new resort in Bermuda scheduled to open April 29, has an introductory package starting at $795 per couple that includes lodging for four nights in an oceanview cabana, transfers, breakfasts, one dinner for two and $100 worth of water-sport activities. LTU is offering sale fares between New York's JFK and Dusseldorf, Germany. The round-trip fare for nonstop travel departing May 1-June 2 is $463, including taxes. Purchase by March 8; complete travel by July 2. Friday-Sunday fares are $25 extra each way. Fare on other airlines starts at $551 out of New York and $672 from Washington. Wintergreen Resort in Virginia has discounted ski deals until the end of the season. A package that includes lodging for two in a one-bedroom condo and two days of lift tickets starts at $74 per person double, Sunday through Thursday. Package typically costs at least $271 for two. SEA

• If you have some frequent-flier miles to use up, Cunard has a transatlantic cruise on the QM2 departing New York April 22 from $799 per person double, with no return air. Usual fare is $1,499, including return air from London. Taxes are $40 extra. Call 800-5-CUNARD or a travel agent to book.

Seabourn has a second-week-free deal on four Mediterranean sailings from Monte Carlo. The 14-day voyages, departing July 10, Aug. 7, Sept. 4 and Oct. 2, start at $5,996 per person double. Taxes are $32 extra. Info: 800-929-9391, www.seabourn.com.

• The May 1 seven-night sailing of the Golden Princess from San Juan to New York has been discounted to $599 per person double, plus about $50 in taxes, for an inside cabin -- a savings of at least $160 per couple. Info: 800-PRINCESS, www.princess.com.

AIR

United has introductory fares on its new service to Great Falls, Mont. Round-trip fare is $350, including taxes. Travel May 4-June 30; buy by March 19. Other airlines are matching; usual fare is about $390 round trip. Info: 800-UNITED-1, www.united.com.

• Israir, a charter airline that offered scheduled service between New York and Tel Aviv last summer, is restarting its flights beginning March 23. Until March 31, fare is $299 each way; on April 1, fare goes to $349. Round-trip fare with taxes starts at $696. Fare on other airlines typically starts at about $857 round trip. PACKAGES

• A 12-night tour of China that includes round-trip airfare from Los Angeles; three flights within China; a five-night Yangtze River cruise; seven nights' lodging in Shanghai, Xian and Beijing; 27 meals; airport transfers; motorcoach transport; guides; and all entrance fees is being offered by Experience Asia Tours for $1,999 per person double.
