No roaming charges. Plans include unlimited regional Direct Connect walkie-talkie use. Text messaging starts at 10 cents each or $4.99 for 100 messages. Picture messages cost 25 cents each. Web access starts at $9.99.

Also, fees listed above are monthly. We only list plans $50 and less (under $80 for shared-use plans) with free long distance and nationwide use. Prices include any separate caller ID and voice-mail charges and assume a one- or two-year contract.
