Montgomery County officials will have a public forum on future recreation needs from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at 8787 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring. At 7:30 p.m. June 2, the county's Planning Board will have a public hearing to discuss adding resources to nine parks.
