The Dayton Daily News reported over the weekend that Chappelle was sighted in Yellow Springs, Ohio. He has a farm in Ohio. An employee of Ye Old Trail Tavern told the paper he saw Chappelle in Yellow Springs last Thursday, adding, "He was just chilling and walking around with his friend."
A source at Comedy Central told The TV Column that Chappelle may have checked back in at Yellow Springs but he has yet to check in with Comedy Central.
Six months later, George Stephanopoulos's ABC Sunday Beltway show has a new executive producer.
Katherine O'Hearn will oversee production and editorial content on the public affairs series. She's returning to ABC News from CNBC, where she created and executive-produced Tina Brown's recently canceled "Topic A."
She's also credited with launching and executive-producing CNN's "American Morning" after a stint as executive vice president of CNN Business News and CNNfn.
O'Hearn previously worked at ABC News from 1983-2000 and was exec producer of the weekend edition of "World News Tonight" for four years.
She is replacing Tom Bettag at "This Week With George Stephanopoulos." Bettag was the show's executive producer for about a year while also working on "Nightline."
He left "Sunday on the Beltway With George" about six months ago, focusing on "Nightline" when Leroy Sievers announced he was leaving the ABC late-night show.
Bettag announced he's leaving ABC News later this year.
Since he left "Sunday on the Beltway With George" it's been run by senior producer Richard Harris and ABC News editorial director Virginia Moseley.
