SOUNDS OF SUMMER. Outdoor concerts in Easton, Md., bookend the 20th annual Eastern Shore Chamber Music Festival : Percussionists reign today at 3 p.m., and the U.S. Air Force Langley Winds close the series on June 19 with Puccini and Gershwin. In between are eight other concerts in Chestertown, Queenstown and other Chesapeake towns. Hear more waterside notes at the ongoing Cape May (N.J.) Music Festival , through June 19 , featuring the Bay-Atlantic Symphony and the minor scales of the Klez Dispensers.
