What do you think is the most urgent problem facing your jurisdiction?

"One of the recurring themes I deal with as the top elected official in a jurisdiction of 350,000 residents is the dysfunctional relationship between the state government's fiscal policies and its obligations to deliver on promises regarding transportation, education and public safety. I believe the disciplined application of conservative governmental philosophy at the state level can replicate the success we have had in Prince William. Fiscal discipline and hostility to stifling taxation can stimulate economic growth while allowing government to fulfill its responsibilities to education, public safety and transportation."

Why should voters elect you?

"I am the only candidate with executive leadership experience and a record of addressing the transportation, education and growth challenges we face in Northern Virginia."
