Due to continuing terminal expansion, closures at Baltimore-Washington International nowinclude the pedestrian tunnel connecting Level 1 of the hourly garage to the airport terminal, plus Concourse C stairs and escalators. All should reopen in October 2006. The Express Service Parking site moves directly across from the daily garage on Aug. 15 . . . Through Aug. 31, travelers at Singapore's Changi can compete in the "Doll Me Up in 8 Minutes Contest," part of the Barbie and fashion exhibit in the Departure/Transit lounges in Terminals 1 and 2. Dolls and their wardrobes are provided; prizes include airport vouchers and Barbie gear . . . New York's JFK International unveiled phase one of American Airline's new terminal. Flights from the four concourses are scheduled to begin later this month; more gates will be added through spring 2007 . . . International flights at Dallas Forth Worth International now operate through the new Terminal D, which has 67 retail and restaurant venues, three common-use airline lounges and loaners from the Nasher Sculpture Garden.
