THAT'S ALL FOLK . Emmylou Harris and Arlo Guthrie you know. They, along with the lesser-known Beaucoup Blue and contra dance caller Tori Barone, rock this year's Philadelphia Folklife Festival (Aug. 26-28). See them, plus Bethany Yarrow (appearing with father Peter and cellist Rufus Cappadocia), the Celtic sounds of the Glengarry Bhoys and a juried craft show including metalworkers, glassblowers and other artisans. Kick up your heels in the dance tent, where swing and square dancing mix with "Mexican & Cuban Rhythms."
