Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 100 percent of employee and spouse medical and dental benefits, effective the 31st day of employment. Maternity leave is covered under short-term disability and is paid at 60 percent for up to eight weeks. There is no paternity leave. There are nine paid holidays, and employees receive 15 days of paid time off including vacation and sick leave during their first two years, and 20 days of paid time off beginning in the third year.
