A Sept. 12 article incorrectly said that the Washington Redskins and the Washington Nationals did not post updates of each other's scores throughout their games the day before.
At RFK Stadium the Redskins updates appeared on the auxiliary scoreboards, located on the first and third base lines, and at FedEx Field the Nationals scores ran on the main scoreboard.

A Sept. 11 article about a family of hurricane evacuees relocating to Texas misidentified the employer of one of the evacuees. It is Sysco Corp., not Cisco Food Service.

A Sept. 11 Metro article about the preservation of a heron rookery on Potomac Creek incorrectly described the group Save Crow's Nest as made up of supporters of Stafford County Supervisor Kandy Hilliard (D). The group is nonpartisan and has not endorsed either candidate in the Aquia District race, in which Hilliard is running against Paul Milde (R).

The credit for a photograph of Ms. Wheelchair America 2005, on Page 6 of the Sept. 11 issue of the Magazine, was omitted. The photo was by David Deal.

A Sept. 5 Sports article incorrectly said that Baltimore Orioles pitcher Rodrigo Lopez pitched a perfect game through 4 2/3 innings against the Boston Red Sox the day before.
Lopez was perfect through 3 2/3 innings, and the first hit he allowed was to David Ortiz, not Trot Nixon.
