WalkingTown DC on Saturday encompasses a variety of free, neighborhood walking tours in Capitol Hill, the downtown, Dupont Circle, Georgetown, Lafayette Park, Old Anacostia, the Southwest waterfront and U Street/Shaw. "Annapolis by Candlelight," an annual event sponsored by the Historic Annapolis Foundation, takes place Nov. 4 and 5. From 5 to 9 p.m., take a self-guided walking tour of several private homes in the historic district. St. Albans Christmas House Tour will be held Dec. 2 and 3 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Visit several homes decorated for the holidays.
