Local performing groups and Peking opera face painting -- Dragon and lion dancing, martial arts and more from O-Mei Kungfu Wushu Center. Artists will paint faces in the Peking opera style. North Plaza and Grand Foyer, 11 to 5 p.m. Free.
China National Acrobatic Troupe -- Eisenhower Theater at 1:30 and 7:30. Free; tickets required.
Kites on the Potomac -- Lower South Plaza, 2 to 5. Free.
