HOME SALES: In the past 12 months, six houses have sold at prices ranging from $1.35 million to $5.2 million, according to Jeffrey Alexopulos, an agent with the Annapolis office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Ten houses are on the market or under contract, with asking prices of $1.285 million to $2.75 million.
