New York's JFK International's all-international Terminal 1 now has WiFi coverage in all public areas. Previously only terminals 8 and 9 had the service . . . Pittsburgh International also offers free WiFi coverage in concourses A through D. Pittsburgh recently became one of the latest airports to add trace portals -- which analyzes puffs of air for explosives while the passenger stands in an enclosed space -- to its security regime . . . By early next year, Baltimore-Washington International will have an interactive memorial honoring the airport's new namesake, Justice Thurgood Marshall . . . The Rhein-Main Air Base, operated by the American military since 1945, closes this fall.
