WD-40, the handy household lubricant that quiets squeaky hinges, cleans rusty grills and loosens stuck bolts now does something equally helpful: holds on to its little red straw that was forever getting lost. A new dual-function "smart straw" hinged directly onto the can flips up to aim a targeted spritz into a tight spot or stays down for a wider spray. At hardware, drug, grocery and home stores, about $4 for a 12 oz. can.
