HOLLY GO LIGHTLY.
An electric holiday twinkle has taken over the region. Everything is illuminated in Virginia by 100 Miles of Lights (through Jan. 1), from the GardenFest of Lights at Richmond's Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden to the boardwalk light show in Virginia Beach. The Grand Illumination Parade in Norfolk and other events fill up the space in between. Maryland glows at Ocean City's Winterfest of Lights (through Jan. 2), with Santa and a nightly tram, and Wheaton's Garden of Lights walk-through at Brookside Gardens.
