CONTRACTS AWARDED

General Dynamics Corp. subsidiary Signal Solutions Inc. of Fairfax, NCI Information Systems Inc. of Reston and STG Inc . of Reston together won the more than $2.3 billion, five-year Total Engineering and Integration Services II contract from the Army to provide omnibus information technology services to the Army and other federal agencies. Award value by company: Signal Solutions, $776 million; NCI, $780 million, and STG, $772 million.

NCI won a $5.4 million, five-year contract from the General Services Administration to continue managing an enterprise quality program for the GSA Public Building Service's information technology initiatives.

NCI also won a $2.6 million, five-year contract from the Army Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems at Fort Belvoir to deliver information technology infrastructure services.

Northrop Grumman IT of Herndon won a $153 million, five-year contract from the Social Security Administration to install and maintain local area networks.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Naval and Marine Systems Division of Annapolis won a $17.6 million contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center for development of collaborative and networked autonomous vehicles demonstrating transformational, scalable and persistent anti-submarine warfare barriers using large numbers of homogeneous autonomous underwater vehicles.

Kellogg, Brown & Root Services of Arlington won a $6.5 million contract from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command for post-Hurricane Katrina stabilization and recovery at the Naval Support Activity New Orleans, Joint Reserve Base New Orleans and other Navy installations in the southern region.

Kellogg Brown & Root Services also won a $15 million contract from the Naval Facilities Engineering Command for recovery efforts to repair family housing units and provide continued relief efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Wilma in Florida.

ITT Industries Advanced Engineering & Sciences of Alexandria won a contract worth up to $57.3 million from the Space and Missile Defense Command for lethality testing and criteria development.

Jahn Corp. of Lexington Park won a $7.1 million contract from the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division to provide about 146,100 hours of advisory and assistance services to the V-22 program.

Anteon Corp. of Fairfax won a $5.7 million contract from the Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command for systems engineering and software development to support efforts with the Air Force, Army and allied customers, and for design, development and support of Naval Integrated Tactical Environmental System capabilities within the Global Command and Control System.

Lockheed Martin Maritime Systems and Sensors of Manassas won a $5.3 million contract from the Navy's Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command for design and system engineering for a fully integrated Advanced Deployable System.

Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. of McLean won a $5.5 million contract from the Air Force's Headquarters 526th ICBM Systems Wing to advise on acquisition program management and systems engineering/analysis capability to support future programs including but not limited to land-based strategic defense, a common air vehicle, intercontinental ballistic missile demonstration/validation, and planning studies of ICBM long-range requirements.
