Tier Technologies Inc. of Reston won a $2.6 million contract to design a pension administration system for the Contra Costa County, Calif., Employees Retirement Association.

Delmarva Foundation of the District won a $6.3 million contract from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to provide medical services for quality improvement organizations for the District.

Delmarva Foundation for Medical Care of Easton won a $10.4 million contract from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to provide medical services for quality improvement organizations for Maryland.

Titan Corp. Unidyne Group of Norfolk won an $8.8 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command for system upgrades.

Fairfield & Son Ltd., doing business as Fairfield Language Technologies of Harrisonburg, won a $1.5 million contract from the General Services Administration for language services.

Superlative Technologies Inc., doing business as Suprtek Inc. of McLean, won a $1.5 million contract from the General Services Administration for mission-oriented business integrated services.

Verizon Federal Inc. of Arlington won a $5 million contract from the General Services Administration to provide information technology services in Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas.

Lifecare Management Partners of Alexandria won a $3.4 million contract from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to provide support services for worker's compensation reviews.

Earthdata International of Maryland LLC of Frederick won a $3 million contract from the Army for photogrammetric mapping and aerial photography.

National Committee For Quality Assurance of the District won a $1 million contract from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for collection and management of Health Plan Employer Data and Information Set submission.

Creative Information Technology Inc. of Arlington won a $4 million contract from the General Services Administration for mission-oriented business integrated services.

CESSI Division of Axiom Resource Management Inc. of McLean won an $18.2 million contract from the Social Security Administration for special study and analysis of the Ticket to Work and Self-Sufficiency Program and the Program Manager for Recruitment and Outreach.

QED Systems Inc. of Virginia Beach won a $3 million contract from the Navy for chemical flush services.

Centre Federal of Vienna won a $24.8 million contract from the Air Force for National Security Personnel System (NSPS) training.

Radian Inc. of Alexandria won a $4.3 million contract from the Navy for air conditioners.
