Estes Brothers Construction Inc. of Jonesville, Va., won a $3.61 million contract from the Federal Highway Administration for construction of Cumberland Gap National Historical Park.

AspenMed Services Inc. of Vienna won a $10.2 million contract from the Drug Enforcement Administration for general health care services clinic and support services.

AEPCO of Virginia Beach won a $2.73 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command for landing craft air cushion system upgrades.

Dallas Airmotive, doing business as Premier Turbines of Neosho, Md., won a $1.9 million contract from the Coast Guard Engineering and Logistics Center to overhaul gas turbine components.

BAE Systems Norfolk Ship Repair Inc. of Norfolk won a $3.81 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command for work on the USS Normandy.

International Development & Resources Inc. of Fairfax won a $22.64 million contract from the National Institutes of Health for events management and related technical services.

Allied Technologies and Consulting of Frederick won an $11.23 million contract from the Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity for medical materiel development support.

CACI Inc.-Federal of Arlington won a $1.31 million contract from the Air Force Materiel Command for support services.

Desbuild Inc. of Hyattsville won a contract for up to $3 million from the National Archives and Records Administration for construction services.

Dynamic Leadership Consulting Group Inc. of Springfield won a $1 million contract from the General Services Administration for mission-oriented business integrated services.

Tetra Tech Em Inc. of Reston won a $48.5 million contract from the Environmental Protection Agency for the Region IV Superfund Technical Assessment and Response Team.
