Benefits, compensation and perks: Company pays 75 percent of employee medical and dental benefits and 50 percent of optical benefits. Maternity leave is paid at 66 2/3 percent for six weeks. Paternity leave is provided unpaid for up to 12 weeks under the Family and Medical Leave Act. Employees receive 25 days of paid leave each year including holidays, vacation and sick leave.
