Creative Associates, Democracy International and IFES , all of the District, won a $400 million contract from the Agency for International Development for elections and political processes support services.
Automation Technologies Inc. of Vienna won a $49.5 million contract from the Homeland Security Department for preventive and remedial maintenance for Customs and Border Protection Service mainframe computing equipment and associated peripherals.
American Systems Corp. of Chantilly won a $43 million contract to provide analytical support to the Defense Department's Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Program.
Anteon International Corp. of Fairfax won a five-year, $90 million contract to support command and control systems for U.S. armed forces in South Korea.
Raytheon Technical Services Co. of Reston won a $3.8 million contract from the Air Force Space Command for operation and maintenance of the Cobra Dane Radar System.
AE Strategies LLC of McLean won a $2.5 million contract from the General Services Administration for mission-oriented business integrated services.
First Crystal Park Associates LP , c/o Charles E. Smith Real Estate Services LP of Arlington won a $7.6 million contract from the General Services Administration for lease or rental of office and related space.
Northrop Grumman of Linthicum won a $33.9 million contract from the Army Communications-Electronics Command for the vehicular intercom system.
Lockheed Martin Maritime System and Sensors--Marine Systems of Baltimore won a $5.4 million contract from the Naval Sea Systems Command for technical/engineering services in support of the MK-41 Vertical Launching System program.
Thomson Prometric of Baltimore won a $12.5 million contract from the Internal Revenue Service for a special enrollment examination.
International Business Machines' Global Government Industry division of Bethesda won a $1.3 million contract from the Air Force Materiel Command's Electronic Systems Center for IBM-Tivoli software maintenance.
Isobunkers of Norfolk won a $12.7 million contract from the Defense Logistics Agency for ground fuels.
