Tribute Breakfast The Montgomery County Chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity will hold its 30th annual breakfast, with keynote speaker Gwendolyn E. Historic Deed Transfer The Montgomery County Planning Board will hold a deed transfer ceremony at the former home of Josiah Henson, a slave whose autobiography was a model for Harriet Beecher Stowe's novel "Uncle Tom's Cabin." 11 a.m. 11420 Old Georgetown Rd., Bethesda.
